Returns and Exchanges

  • All sales are FINAL.
  • There will be NO REFUND, NO EXCHANGES/CREDIT on merchandises that are not defective.
  • Only unused, defective merchandise may be returned or exchanged with pre-authorization and a copy of the original receipt and invoice. Items may not be returned or exchanged for any other reason.
  • Returned items must be in original packaging; in the original condition as you received it.
  • All claims must be within 7 days of receipt.
  • If an item is no longer in stock, store credit will be issued.
  • Items that have been displayed, offered for sale, or marked in any way are not returnable
  • Original freight fees are not refundable and customers are responsible for all return freight
